MAG 8 has dual 3D Faraday Shield Antenna with two digital signal processors with advanced communication designs. It has better accuracy and compatible with transmitter having depth range upto 110 meters (under standard test conditions). Keeping transmitter inside the housing, it can undertake housing suitability check by verifying transmitter power and its current drawn.
Aesthetic look, big LCD screen, soft touch buttons for menu functions and longer battery backup makes it user friendly. Four Radio channels with telemetry range up-to 500 meters with standard antenna and 1800 meters using Yagi Antenna. Wireline transmitter compatibility for those who intend to take up wireline drilling.
