SALTDOGG TGS01B 8 CU FT TAILGATE SALT SPREADER The SaltDogg TGS01B 8 Cubic Foot Tailgate Spreader is ideal for smaller scale commercial applications using #1 rock salt. The spreader mounts to either your step bumper or hitch (with optional hitch mount - sold separately, see "Accessories" below). The optional Wintergate Spreader Mount (see "Accessories" below) allows for full bed access even while the spreader is on the truck. The TGS01B works with 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, and 1-ton features a corrosion-resistant 8 cubic foot poly hopper. The spreader's 9 in. poly spinner can cast up to 30 feet.. Features Easily mounts to a 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck. Durable corrosion-free poly hopper with 11 cubic foot capacity. 12V DC-powered electric drive for quiet, low maintenance operation. Uses bulk salt or 50/50 salt/sand mix. Easy to use variable speed in-cab controls. 12 in. poly spinner can broadcast up to 30 ft. Horizontal auger reduces material waste and provides better spread control. Includes concealed vibrator to keep material moving. Simple 2 in. hitch-mount design.
