BUYING TERMS: All items sell in “as is” and "where is" condition & without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever. Though we do our best to describe items accurately, item descriptions are subject to error and are provided for reference only and none of the information in the descriptions is guaranteed. It’s the bidder’s responsibility to determine and/or confirm condition or description of items before bidding by performing their own investigation or by inquiring for further information or photos. Bidders have the right to drive or test items PRIOR TO BIDDING. Once a bid is placed, all sales are final and NO refunds will be given for any reason. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange pickup and removal of all items. All items are to be removed within 30 days after the auction or will incur storage fees of $1.50 per day starting on day 31 after auction end. Items not picked up after 60 days will be considered abandoned and will be resold with proceeds going to the original buyer (if contact can be made) less storage fees, listing fees, commission for reselling the item, any money transfer fees, and any other fees associated with reselling the item. If proceeds do not exceed fees, Grint Farm Supply will keep all proceeds. No equipment can be loaded or removed until payment clears. If any of these terms are not adhered to, the seller (Grint Farm Supply) has the right to refuse the payment and the sale and take control and keep possession of the item or items bought. Equipment owners and/or Grint Farm Supply are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Not responsible for consignor deliveries. LOADING HOURS: 10 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (CLOSED DURING THE NOON HOUR), 10 AM to 12 PM on Saturday BY APPOINTMENT. Please let us know at least 2 days beforehand if planning to load on Saturday so we make sure somebody is here that can load you. NO SUNDAY OR AFTER-HOURS LOADING. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: If you win an item or items, you will be emailed an invoice to the email address associated with your bidder account within 2 days of the auction and you will be asked to reply to the email so we can confirm you received it. If we don't receive a reply within 2 days we may attempt to call you. We only accept cashier's checks, certified checks, wire transfer, credit/debit card, or cash as types of payment (no personal checks or money orders!). All credit card transactions will have a 3.5% fee added on to the total! All wire transfers have a $15 fee added to the total! If sending payment by mail it is strongly suggested that you send it with a tracking number as we've had payments get lost before. Any winning bidders that do not pay will be banned by AuctionTime from bidding on any of their auctions in the future. SALES TAX: If you are using the item(s) for commercial agriculture or purchasing them for resale then you won't have to pay the sales tax. A Nebraska Form 13 will need to be filled out to claim tax exemption. If you are purchasing for resale, a resale number will need to be entered on the form. If neither of these apply to you then you will need to pay the 5.5% Nebraska sales tax. NOTE: While most items we sell are eligible for farm exemption, a few of them are not and we won't be able to provide farm exemption for those items and you will need to pay the tax unless you are buying for resale. This would mainly include any item not regularly used on a farm or ranch or certain farm/ranch items that Nebraska does not allow exemptions on. If you are unsure if a particular item will qualify for farm exemption, feel free to contact us and ask. SHIPPING: All shipping of items must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. If shipping via a commercial shipping method you can contact us for an approximate size and weight. We can attach smaller items to a pallet and get them ready to be picked up FOR A $25 HANDLING FEE PER ITEM. No items will be strapped to a pallet until the fee is paid.
