The truck was transporting 1000 Litre IBC Tanks containing Ferric Chloride, and during unloading operations, a forklift truck pierced one of the IBC Tanks, causing the acid to leak out onto the vehicle (see last photo). Damages include but may not be limited to: corrosion and/or localised pitting evident on chassis, chassis rails, side rails, fuel tank, mounting points to crane, gearbox, compressed air tanks etc Please see photos for a visual indication of condition. The unit starts and runs; however, due to the length of time it has been stationary, it may require a jump start. Winching onto transport may be advisable.
