Brand New Cummins QSB 4.5 L Long Block Engine – This engine is a 2019 Surplus Unit built with original castings and all new parts. We offer both front and rear gear train QSB 4.5 L Long Blocks. Built to ESN: 30230999 Front Gear Train, ESN: 22140546 Rear Gear Train.
This engine is not considered reman/used but rather new surplus castings. Why risk an unknown used QSB 4.5 L engine when a new long block will get you up and running again?
