This is a heavy duty EGR Cooler for Cummins Diesel Engine Generation 3. The process uses a Factory OEM Cooler. The cooler is ultra-sonically cleaned. The two ends are removed. The cooler goes through a series of tests to insure the integrity of the core structure. The tubes are re-welded as needed. The end caps are TIG welded onto the housing. Then the entire assembly is pressure tested to ensure a properly working Factory cooler.
