In-cab controls feature independent conveyor and spinner speed settings and vibrator control. 14 in. poly spinner broadcasts material up to 30 ft. The 5-1/4 in. steel variable pitch auger with stainless steel trough keeps material flowing. Swing-away chute allows for easy cleaning, storage and bulk unloading. The SaltDogg PRO Electric Poly Hopper Spreader with Auger puts the power of a municipal spreader in a design that fits 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks with 5 ft 4 in (PRO1500), 6 ft 6 in (PRO2000) and 8 ft (PRO2500) beds. Popular applications include pickup trucks like the FordRegistered F-250 and F-350, RAMRegistered 2500 and 3500, and ChevyRegistered Silverado 2500 and 3500. The spreader handles bulk salt or a 50/50 salt/sand mix. The PRO Spreader features a patented double-wall poly hopper that won't rust or dent. Its full length, 5-3/4 in. steel variable pitch auger has an independent 3/4 HP, 12V gear motor and a stainless steel trough. A 200 lb vibrator works in conjunction with the stainless steel inverted V to keep your material flowing. The 14 in. polymer spinner casts a 5-30 ft radius using its dedicated 1/2 HP 12V motor. The adjustable chute swings away to make bulk unloading and compensating for different materials easy. Intuitive in-cab controls let you independently manage auger and spinner speeds and turn the vibrator on/off with the flick of a switch.
