Here you have the opportunity to build a house in good materials at low costs. These sets consist of roof elements and partitions for 6 houses, each approximately 125m2. A building set fills approximately 3 loads (trucks). The elements are surplus from a construction site and are stored dry in a warehouse. Pictures of similar houses are attached. Facade elements can be purchased from the factory or you can build the facade yourself in the material you want. Dimensions and structure can be seen on the drawing material.
