To ensure fairness and consistency, please review our return policy carefully before submitting a return request. Eligibility for Returns Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns are accepted only in cases of mechanical failure or manufacturing defect. Parts that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used improperly are not eligible for return. Return Authorization All returns must be pre-approved by Golden Rule Equipment. To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number, part number, and a detailed description of the issue. Unauthorized returns or shipments sent without approval may be refused. Inspection and Evaluation Upon receipt, all returned parts will undergo an inspection and evaluation to determine eligibility for return or refund. Golden Rule Equipment reserves the sole right to determine whether a part is defective or qualifies for return under this policy. Restocking and Shipping Fees If the returned part is found to be non-defective, applicable restocking fees and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit issued. Restocking fees may vary depending on the condition of the returned item. Refunds and Credits Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as determined by Golden Rule Equipment. Please allow up to 10 business days after inspection for refund processing. Non-Returnable Items Special order parts, electrical components, and consumable items are non-returnable. Any part returned outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
