- PCCs soft sided tool tray with handles offers a new level of versatility. The vinyl pouch is basically a tool bag with fiberglass hooks built in for mounting on the bucket lip. The U shaped hooks allow the tool bag to be hung inside or outside the bucket. 2 heavy duty handles allow for easy carrying. 3 small grommets in the plastic bottom allow for airflow and drainage. The pouch measures 8" front to back, 12" wide, and 1" deep. Tool trays should be removed during transport.
