The Fleetguard AF55308 is a Direct Flow secondary safety air filter using cellulose media to back up a Direct Flow primary element. The element measures 395.60 mm in height by 38.10 mm in length and is identified as non-flame-retardant media. It is supplied with cross-references to the AH55508 and AH55673 housings for proper installation. The filter is designed to keep airborne contaminants out of the combustion chamber on heavy-duty truck and bus engines whenever the primary cartridge is being serviced.
