Launch
Mercedes Actros launched in July 2012 as the successor to the Mercedes Axor. It is in many areas a completely newly developed vehicle for heavy distribution. The design of the vehicle takes elements of the larger Actros, but has modified optic headlights and a radiator grille with more blades.

Antos goes on sale
In November that year, the new range of Antos trucks is made available for sale.
