DAF luanches the 19-tonne LF Construction at the same time as the CF Construction - the LF being specially suited for high payload applications.
Looking like the CF Construction, the new black grille has larger louvres and a revised bumper set higher up for a better approach angle and ground clearance.
Only available at 19 tonnes GVW, the engine options are the the PX-7 rated between 220hp and 310hp.
The ready-bodied LF was launched at 12 tonnes GVW with the PACCAR streamlined body. Fuel savings of between 4 and 8% are possible with the body, combined with the use of additional farings. Inside the body, lengths of 6.75 and 7.05 metres means that 16 or 17 Euro pallets can be carried.
