DAF Trucks Launches 25 Year Market Leader Dealer Demo Programme
DAF Trucks is celebrating its 25th successive year as the UK market leader with a dealer demonstration programme highlighted by 32 custom-liveried “Pure Excellence” DAF XF FTG 6x2 tractors with Super Space Cabs. The special-edition DAF XF tractors are ready to go at DAF sale locations, and each unit is filled with a host of premium comfort and safety features. These handsome tractor units also comply with the forthcoming London Direct Vision Standard Safety Permit scheme, thanks to factory-fitted cameras and sensors.

“We’re confident the time is right to kick-start new truck sales,” says DAF Trucks Sales Director Russell Patmore. “We’ve really pushed the boat out on spec and, of course, our special new liquid metal silver livery.” All the demo XF trucks feature DAF’s FTG 6x2 twin-steer axle configuration, said to be the company’s best-selling tractor unit in the UK, in a mix of 480- and 530-horsepower (358- and 395-kilowatt) engine ratings. These powerful, milestone-marking demo units are expected to reinvigorate new truck sales for DAF dealers.
