R. Keith Price Haulage Ltd Makes The Switch To Renault Trucks
R. Keith Price Haulage Limited recently received its first Renault C380 6x4 day cab rigid with a 7-cubic-metre McPhee mixer after using a competitor’s vehicles for 28 years. The North Powys-based business decided to make the switch due to the reputation of the trucks and the service provided by Renault Trucks dealer Border Trucks, who Price connected with on Facebook. The C380 is the third R. Keith Price mixer working with TG Concrete of the Tudor Griffiths Group, a leading supplier of construction and building supplies, ready-mixed concrete, and liquid floor screed; the truck moves concrete to construction sites and farms across Mid and West Wales.
About the C380
The C380 is fitted with an LED lightbar and beacons, a reversing camera and LED reversing lights, FMS Gateway interface, Pack Comfort, a four-point cab air suspension with ride height control system, an ultimate leather steering wheel with cruise and telephone controls, one-touch electric windows and comfort air conditioning.
“After running with a competitor manufacturer’s vehicles for the best part of 30 years, it was definitely time for a change,” says owner Keith Price. “Our relationship with Border Trucks really has been pivotal in us taking on Renault Trucks as a new manufacturer and so far I’ve been delighted, so much so that I’m looking to replace another on my fleet in the near future.”
