New Nooteboom ASDV-40-22W Low-Loader Trailer Includes Air Suspension & Wheel Wells At Front & Rear
Nooteboom says it recently updated its ASDV-40-22W low-loader semi-trailer to include an air suspension and electronic braking system (EBS), as well as wheel wells at the front and back of the trailer. The wheel wells are strategically positioned so as to accommodate wheel loaders of a wide range of sizes, tyre diameters, axle distances, and weights, allowing even large wheel loaders to be transported within permitted height clearance. The ASDV-40-22W low loader is also a good transport option for mobile cranes, as the four-axle drawbar trailer features two axles at the front and two at the rear to support heavy loads.
Multifunctional Design
If hauliers are transporting plant machines on tracks, contains, or cargo best stored on a flat surface, the new ASDV-40-22W features closable wheel wells to create a flat loading floor. Nooteboom includes removeable galvanized supports, featuring sliding width enlargers, to easily install hardwood floor boards. It’s also possible to completely fill the wheel wells with the hardwood boards. When operators configure the Nooteboom ASDV-40-22W with the wheel wells open, the position of the wheel wells optimizes weight distribution to support heavy loads.
