20 Montracon Postless Curtainsiders Fitted For Maximum Efficiency Join Roffes Transport Fleet
Montracon’s Postless Curtainsider trailers are designed to minimise load times and provide clear load paths. For example, these trailers include a tapered cantrail and have no pelmet intrusion, creating a uniform side aperture. Roffes Transport recently took possession of 20 new Postless Curtainsiders, fitted with a number of bespoke options designed to increase efficiency and reduce running costs. Just a few of the efficiency enhancements include wind deflectors, a rear roof diffuser, and vortex generators.

Postless Curtainsider Details
The Postless Curtainsider is designed with a bolt-on body that includes heavy-duty galvanized front and rear frames. Roffes Transport selected the EN12642XL-compliant variant with flush-fitting doors for its Postless Curtainsider fleet. A wide selection of load restraint options can be equipped inside the trailer, including straps, nets, kites, and retractable strapping systems. The trailer’s Phenolic-coated plywood floors offer a durable surface with anti-slip properties. A tail lift can be installed to assist with loading from the back of the trailer.
The Montracon Postless Curtainsider is available in either tandem or triaxle bogies to fit hauling requirements. Montracon offers a large variety of straight-frame, single-deck trailers as well as double-deck configurations in its Curtainsider range.
